I previously wrote a review but it's not being posted. I received the middle ring with the middle stone off center and crooked. I requested a replacement and the response was due to it being a sale item, no refund or exchange as per their policy. I advised Laferrio, they shipped the item in that condition and i'm not at fault here.I guess there sale items, mean defective items for sale. Buyer be ware!

Received the ring set but the middle engagement ring was defective. The stone was off center and crooked. I contacted Lajerrio regarding the issue and requested a replacement. Lajerrio response is there is no refund or exchanges on sales items(more likely defective products) as per their policy but I received the ring in that condition and they shipped it regardless of the poor quality. This was my first order from them and the last. I recently came across bad reviews regarding this company and wished I had seen them before I ordered. I've purchased better quality from other companies and all the hype on youtube are from people getting free product in-exchange for great reviews. Buyer beware!!

I requested a replacement and was told it's a sale item and no refund or replacements as per their policy. I didn't ship the ring in that condition, they did. First time ordering and it will be the last time. Unfortunately the bad reviews i found were after i placed my order and had I seen them earlier, i wouldn't have ordered from this company. How To Measure
1. Cut a piece of paper into a long thin strip.
2. Wrap the piece of paper around your knuckle, which is the largest point the ring will have to be able to get over.
3. Mark where the two ends of the paper first overlap with a marker.
4. Measure the length with a ruler.
