Absolute scam of a company. I received my ring and it was too big, the sticker was all crumpled and came off. I contacted the the very same day I got the ring and asked couldI return it and they refused to. I also paid 20 pound for express deliver (3 business days) and got it two and a half weeks later. Lost a customer and I will be telling everyone to steer clear.
They are based in Canada and their factory is in Hong Kong so you are not protected under EU law either. -

How To Measure
1. Cut a piece of paper into a long thin strip.
2. Wrap the piece of paper around your knuckle, which is the largest point the ring will have to be able to get over.
3. Mark where the two ends of the paper first overlap with a marker.
4. Measure the length with a ruler.
